177 Regular Council Meeting 1019/92 Page Nine Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-38. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-39, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Section 1305.11 relating to architectural drawing requirements under the building code." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three sepazate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, ' and Mr. Rinker NAYS: None Morion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-39. Mr. Diemert said the Architectural Review Board, at its meeting on October 15, made another minor recomtnendation for a change so that the drawings would be more clearly identified by the applicant. While we aze cleaning up 1305.11, they would like this included. Mr. Fixler said it is one thing passing it; he hopes they use it. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Ordinance Enacted Resolution No. 92-39, entitled; "An emergency resolution awarding a contract to the Akzo Sa1t, Inc. for the sale to the municipality of road salt on an as-needed basis." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 92-39. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolurion Adopted Resolution No. 92-40, entitled; "An emergency resolurion awarding a contract to Morton Salt for the sale to the municipality of road salt on an as-needed basis." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 92-40.
