199 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/16/92 <br />Page Seven <br />Safety amd Service - Mrs. Cinco said they met November 2. They discussed the John Deere <br />loader repairs and are beginning to think about wages. <br />Mr. Rinker said they received a letter from Pat Dearden. Mr. Rinker said he does know if Council <br />will be able to have anything resolved before years' end but he feels a meeting is in order. <br />Mrs. Cinco said they need to start meeting with representatives. <br />Community Relations Coordinator - Mr. Phillips said tomorrow night the monthly program <br />will featiue Dr. Marilyn I3avies of University Hospitals from 7:30-9:30. She will be speaking on <br />stress and frustrations. Regarding the interpersonal community relarions; the first session of the <br />in-service training for the police fire will be Monday, November 30 from 7:30-11:30 a.m. They <br />will do another session on Thursday, December 3 from 6:30-10:30 p.m. He would like to invite <br />anyone from Council who has time to attend. Mr. Phillips said he would appreciate their feedback <br />on it. <br />Mr. Rinker said he would like to have a motion to go into Executive Session as he indicated <br />previously to discuss matters of property acquisition and personnel. <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to recess into Executive Session to discuss <br />matters involving property acquisirion and personnel. <br />ROLL C:ALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 9:13 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:52 p.m. <br />OLD/rvEW BUSINESS: <br />Mayor' Updates: <br />Snow R:emoval - Mr. Rinker said he wanted some kind of update where they stand on snow <br />removal and the matter of signing up. <br />Mayor Pietrafese said they have had some concern comments because of the guidelines. Mayor <br />Pietrafese said some of them were not happy with our guidelines; he called them individually and <br />tried to explain to them about the abuses they had in the past which was why the stricter guidelines <br />this yew-. Mayor Pietrafese said they aze still taking applications. Over 300 are participating this <br />year. <br />Mrs. C'vnco asked if people who have questions should call the Mayor--will he be dealing with it <br />on a case by case basis? <br />Mayor ]?ietrafese said yes, absolutely.
