This company will pick up and deliver which the other companies <br />vvanted $250 for. It may be under $1,000 if they catch a break. <br />Mr. Flynn aslced if they will put it in writing (the $2,500 esrimate.) 1Vlayor Pietrafese said yes. <br />7iiti r. Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />11/2 Ton Truck - Mr. Rinker said Council will hold off on this item per the lFinance <br />Committee's recommendation. <br />Finance 1Department: <br />Finance Director = This item was discussed earlier during the meeting. <br />lEngineer's U dn ates: <br />Asphalt Storage Area for Composting - This item was discussed earlier during the meeting. <br />n r 1 ° <br />Approval of Landscape Plans for Progressive Insurance (approved by A.R.B. <br />10/22/92; approved by P&Z 11/2/92) <br />Mr. Fixler said he was there last weekend. He hopes the plans approved regarding the amount of <br />footage called for the pine trees is what is to be delivered because if we have a foot lower than <br />promised it will be a problem. <br />Nlr. Rinker said ever since Chuck Chokel (representative from Progressive Insurance) got involved <br />they have been very good to deal with. He thinks that ultimately we will get the best possible <br />landscaping deal out of this. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said from a construction management standpoint he has never seen anyhady as <br />good as Whiring Turner.
