Center Road, east of I-271, and south of the <br />northerrn property line of all Midvale Avenue lots, from its office laboratory district and production- <br />distribuiion district, to single family residential district (U-4)." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese <br />and Couincil as a Whole. (First Reading 9/21/92, Second Reading & Amended 10/5/92, Second <br />Reading again 10/19/92, Public Hearing 11/16/92.) <br />Mr. Rinker said he thinks Council wants to leave this on third reading. <br />Mr. Diemert said the deadline to submit this to the Board of Elections is December 5. <br />Mr. Rinker said since that is Saturday they would be looking to a meeting probably by <br />December 3. He said Mr. Friedman could see what timetable they were trying to stick to and that <br />Mr. Friedman had indicated that he is doing what he can. <br />Mr. Frie:dman said he appreciates their consideration. (He had distributed correspondence to <br />Council from Maysom Limited Parmership regazding proposed Ordinance No. 92-34 respectfully <br />asking them to defer action to allow time for them to work with Council and the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to develop a viable proposal for residenrial use of the property.) <br />First_ReadinLi of Ordinance No. 92-40, entitled; "An ordinance adopring a Master Plan for the <br />zoning and use of the northwest portion of the Village. Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Rinker said Mr. Hill gave them his introductory notes tonight and they will leave this on first <br />reading. He knows they will have feedback from a number of areas. <br />Mr. Diemert said if they wanted to adopt that tonight he does not think there are any problems with <br />it but they could maybe wait unril December 3 for that as well. <br />Mr. Rinker said he thinks it would be consistent with the other if they do this on the 3rd <br />Mr. Rinker reconsidered and said if they aze talking about the overall use, there is no reason not to; <br />and he needs a motion to suspend.
