Y' .: <br />•~ <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES ' <br />Regular Council Meeting of February 18, 1980 - Mr. Bennett stated that <br />everyone had received the corrections; there being no objections, the <br />minutes were approved as corrected. <br />Special Council Meeting of March 10 1980 - Mr. Bennett stated that all ' <br />had received copies in last week's packet and asked for comments. <br />Mr. Flynn noted a typographical error on page 1 (financial). There <br />being no other corrections, the minutes were approved as written. <br />MAYOR. ! r, ~_COMMENTS ~~. ~" ~ ~ ~ "~ <br />~,~r Beebe requested signatures on <br />meetings. Copies of the April Voice <br />covers other matters of discussion. <br />the Proclamations passed at previous <br />of the Village are available and <br />STANDARD COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mr. Bennett stated that before the reports from the committees he would <br />like to introduce Mr. Feudo, .the Village Prosecutor, who has a report for <br />Council.. -~ _ <br />Mr, Feudo commented the Mayor had asked for a brief report of his active.. <br />ities during the last three months with regard to Village matters. Busin <br />is as usual.. The only thing out of the ordinary are the traffic tickets <br />being issued with the use of. Radar. Apparently, the citizens are misin- <br />terpreting House Bill 844 and are thinking it has been passed. It is bef e <br />the legislators now and would ban radar if passed. He didn't feel it would <br />be passed. It is an existing problem in surrounding communities as well. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported that a meeting will be <br />held this Thursday. ~~ <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated a meeting, was held this evening at <br />7:00 P.M. regarding a request of Mr. Albert Peterson, of Echo Drive, to <br />rebuild a cottage. Permission was given with certain conditions to be met. <br />Cemetery - Miss Trask reported that they were finally able to acquire a <br />contractor to fix the slate roof. <br />Council of Councils - Mr. Carmen was absent. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn reported on the meeting of March 11, 1980. The com- <br />mittee had reviewed .the 1980 Budget Requests with a meeting to be held <br />with the Department Heads to pinpoint their priorities.' <br />Mr. Bennett stated a meeting will be held after toriights meeting to discus <br />the Budget.
