They are working to the nearest <br />$500.00, with the figure on file which may not necessarily reflect <br />the actual cost in the spring. <br />Meeting recessed at 8:18 P.M. <br />The Meeting reconvened at 9:20 P.M. <br />Miss Trask arrived at this time. <br />Ordinance 80-9, entitled: "AN ORDINA~TCE.GRANTING THE REQUEST OF <br />HAYFIELD VILLAGE TO REZONE PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 831-13-11 LOCATED <br />IN HAYFIELD VILLAGE ,: OHIO, FROM OFFICE-LABORAT~L~Y TO RESIDENTIAL," <br />Introduced by Mayor and Council as a Whole <br />Mr. Bennett stated the passing of this ordinance is merely a formal- <br />ity to place the matter on the ballot. A Public Hearing has been <br />held. <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass Ordinance 80-9. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried• <br />~. Ordinance-Passed <br />Ordinance to be certified to the Board of Elections. <br />;Ordinance 80-17~M entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO.MAKE APPRO- <br />PRIATIONS FOR THE CURRENT AND OTHER EXPENSES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO FOR THE YEAR 1980." Introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Beatty commented this..is an appropriation budget which has been <br />certified by the County. <br />Miss Trask, seconded~.by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read_on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAS'S: None Motion Carried <br />:: - _ Rules Suspended <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass ordinance <br />80-17. <br />Roll Call:: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Flynn said compliments are in hand for the efforts put into <br />the Budget by Mr. Beatty considering the problems of the over- <br />expenditures lasttyear; Council agreed. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />1 <br />
