ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF, BONDS AND THE LEVY <br />AND COLLECTION .OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR'.:THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING <br />FUND5 FOR THE PROPERTY OWNERS" PORTION AND THE VILLAGE'S PORTION OF <br />THE COST OF REPAVING AND.REDITCHING OF ECHO,~DRIVE.'!
