v <br />~.`~ <br />Resolution 80-16, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY .RESOLUTION AMENDING <br />SECTION 133+?03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD ~'l_ILLAGE <br />REGARDING SIGN.I~iIRES AUTHORIZED AND REQUIRED FOR MUNICIPAL EX- <br />PENDITURES AND BANKING FUNCTIONS." Introduced by Council as <br />a Whole. <br />Mr. Bennett stated he had spoken to the Law Department today <br />regarding the time for which this would be effective. Please <br />change the first paragraph to read "the period Apxsil 1, 1980 <br />through June 30, 1980." <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of law requiring anresolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carrired <br />Rules Suspended <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass Reso- <br />lution 80-16. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None. Motion Carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Ordinance 80-18, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO ISSUE A NOTE <br />IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />(101,500.00) IN. ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF, BONDS AND THE LEVY <br />AND COLLECTION .OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR'.:THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING <br />FUND5 FOR THE PROPERTY OWNERS" PORTION AND THE VILLAGE'S PORTION OF <br />THE COST OF REPAVING AND.REDITCHING OF ECHO,~DRIVE.'! Introduced by <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Bennett asked . if. ~ there were any further: questions.. on the change <br />in the amount as earlier explained by Bond Counsel; there were none. <br />Mr'.
