Beech Hill/Bonnieview System. The matter Yias been extended <br />until May 20th. It will be a regular court session at`that time. <br />Once again the project will be stalled for another month. It was a <br />short meeting and although he and Steve did not sit in on the meet- <br />ing, he got direct feed back from Mr. Avery. <br />He had received a letter of resignation from Mr. Harris, who is <br />being transferred to Toledo. He~would-suggest Council hold dis- <br />cussion on his new appointment until the next Caucus since Jim will <br />be here for the May meeting (M anning and Zoning). <br />Council has an update from Mr. Feneli re the alarm system which will <br />be covered later in~the-meeting. <br />A Highland Heights resident has complained re the objectionable mag- <br />azines being sold at the local stores. The Mayor has asked for an <br />opinion from the Law Director. Her group has asked Highland Heights <br />and Mayfield Village to issue an ordinance re the sale of these mag- <br />azines. <br />Gus is in need of help on Saturday to set up for the open house. <br />The Mayor had circulated his let <br />East of SOM, to Council bringing <br />and Chief Stevens drove down the <br />pot holes. <br />He would be contacting Mr. Larry <br />being done on Wildwood Trail and <br />ter to the residents of Wilson Mills, <br />them up to date on the situation.
