~~~ <br />being researched by Mr. Feneli. <br />Mr. Bennett commented the lots were too small for the new vaults <br />and the only way they could be sold would be to se?~l two as one. <br />Council of Councils - Mr. Carmen had no report. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn reported on June's meeting at which the <br />employee wage adjustment was reviewed. The next adjustment would <br />be in January of 1981 and would be from January to January vs July <br />to July. Discussions would be held in October or November with <br />the Department Heads with regard to the 1981 adjustment. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Carmen had no report. <br />Recreation / MARC - Mr. Spellman had no report. <br />Safety & Service - Mr. Flynn reported on their last meeting at <br />which discussion was held on the, Mutual Aid Contract with Gates <br />Mills. The Mayor had vetoed the ordinance covering this. <br />Community Building- Mr. Amendola stated additional drawings were <br />requested by Mrs. Hanus.and they would be available at the next <br />meeting. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 80-32, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER <br />' 971 OF,THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES,OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, REGULATING <br />THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF ALARMS SIGNALING FIRE OR UNAUTHORIZED IN- <br />TRUSION AT ANY RESIDENTIAL OR BUSINESS PREMISE'S WITHIN THE MUNICI- <br />PALITY." Introduced by Council as a Whole (Given First Reading 5/19) <br />Mr. Flynn clarified that all changes requested by:~.the Safety <br />Committee had been completed. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Miss .Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance <br />80-32 as amended. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: .None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />1 <br />
