~~~ <br />acceptance of the resignation at a public meeting would determine <br />the time period. <br />Mr. Flyiiri, seconded by'Miss Trask, made a motion to accept Mr. <br />William Boger's resignation with regret. <br />Roll Call: AYES: AlI <br />NAYS: NONE Motion Carried <br />- Resignation Accepted <br />Mr. Y~ennett expressed his regrets as Mr. Boger and his wife <br />Charlotte have been active in the Village and an asset to the <br />community.. <br />Mayor Beebe asked that Council ignore his footnote on the letter <br />indicating July 5, 1980 as. the deadline for Council's appointment. <br />He had talked to Dale Feneli before he wrote the note. <br />Mayor Beebe read the Resolution of Appreciation to Mr. Boger. <br />Resolution 80-40, entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />WILLIAM BOGER':" Introduced by Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Spellman, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass <br />Resolution 80=40. <br />There being no objections, Resolution 80-40 Passed. <br />Resolution 80-41, entitled:-`"A RESOLUTION DECLARING-THE NECESSITY <br />FOR PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF STREET LIGHTING AND THE IMPROVE- <br />MENT OR INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL LIGHTING BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />OF ALL PARCELS BENEFITTED,~ REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 990 AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Council as a Whole.. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to suspend the <br />rifles of law- requir-ing a~~_:resoluton~ to~ be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: AlT <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ru.Tes Suspended <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mr ..
