v V Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to pass Resolution 80-43. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried resolution Passed Discussion was held on the need to pass legislation:~on the sani- tary force'-'mai'n easement by title only in order not to delay construction. Resolution 80-44, entitled: '`AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT FROM PETER GALIER AND ELIO CARLINI FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SANITARY FORCE MAIN." Introduced by Council as a Whole. (Title Only) Mr. Carlini stated he had sent ::the necessary papers to the Law Department; he would appreciate the passing of this legislation in order to proceed with the financing. Mr. Avery cautioned Council on the passing of this legislation by title only. Mr. Amendola stated the site plans had been approved by the A.R.B. but the Final Plans submitted last month had a few corrections to be made. He was in receipt of these corrected plans and has been in contact with the A.R.B. members to come in and sign the plans. Mr. Avery suggested a resolution be passed authorizing the issuance of building permits. Resolution 80-45, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE GALIER AND CARLINI PROJECT SUBJECT TO. THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD"S APPROVAL OF THE FINAL DETAILED PLAN." Introduced by Council as a Whole.
