~~8 <br />Mrs. Cotton asked who would be responsible in case of a lawsuit. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that he would have to review the entire matter <br />and discuss it with those that are involved before replying to <br />the letter, or determining who is liable. <br />Mr. Cotton stated that if this matter was not settled before <br />October 1st it..would mean an additional year before the work <br />could be completed, which would create a great amount of in- <br />convenience to them. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - August l8, 1980 - Mr. Bennett stated <br />the minutes had been-corrected and there being no objections, the <br />minutes stand as corrected. <br />Special Meeting of Council - September 8, 1980 - Mr. Bennett asked <br />if there were any corrections. <br />Mr. Flynn stated that on the second page, fifth paragraph, he would <br />like "administer drugs" taken out and in its place - "determine drug <br />administration". <br />Mr. Bennett stated that he would like the time-noted when a <br />Councilperson is late, and Mrs. Hanus verified that she <br />arrived at 8:10. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that there being no other corrections the <br />minutes will stand as corrected. <br />MAYOR!- COMMENTS <br />Mayor Beebe stated that he has a Proclamation from the Office of <br />the Mayor (information had been circulated to Council before) <br />concerning National Safety Town Week, to be held the week of <br />September 21 - 27. It is sponsored by the National Safety Town <br />Center of Cleveland, a non-profit organization dedicated to <br />promoting the importance of pre-school and early childhood safety <br />education. The Mayor expressed his desire for Council's approval <br />as he felt this was a worthy cause. <br />Mr. Bennett stated the Proclamation will stand with no objections. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that two men were present to be sworn into <br />the Auxiliary Police Force. (1) Robert Fowler (2) Don Porter. <br />Mr. Feneli administered the Oath of Office to both men. <br />The Mayor took pictures of both being sworn in. <br />
