We are suggesting we would <br />like input on that point. <br />Mr. (Jack). Bial,osky said they understand that. There is a drawing that goes beyond that which <br />Progressive cannot accept. <br />Council President Fixter said they understand that. <br />Mr. Brett said where it goes from that one intersection over to the other one may not be deternlined <br />by anybody in this room this evening. <br />Mr. (Jack) Bia.losky said they want to be on record that they really don't want that to happen. <br />Mr. Bloomfxeld asked if Mr. I-iovancsek's office wilt work on that. <br />Mayor Rinker said it will challerige our Law Director. The idea is that Council will tze asked to <br />approve in principle the description of land that wiIl be incorporated into an Agreement of Sale that <br />will reflect that footprint we are ta?lking abaut tonight, subjecting to engineering. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked if a motion is required. <br />After brief discussion, Council Fresident Fixler said a motion is neec3ed to act on the 51 acres. <br />Mr. Ferrante will make the motion. <br />Councii President Fixler said it will be for more or less 51 acres. <br />Mayor Rinker said the mation will be subject to enginecring specifications and incorporating by <br />reference the discussion we just had. <br />Mr. Ferrante clarified that his motion is only to approve the sale of the land-nat for the location of <br />the road or anything. <br />Mayor Rinker and Council President Fixler confumed that was correct. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion that the Village approve 51 acres of land, <br />more or less, for Progressive to purchase subject to engineering specifications and incorporating by <br />reference the discussion we just had [including discussion regarding encroachment.] <br />Council President Fixler asked for any further discussion. <br />Dr. Parker said the motion will include Mayor Rinker's discussion regarding encroachment.
