Regular Council Meeting <br />9-18-00 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />1 <br /> <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2000-12. <br />Council President Marquardt said we discussed this at Caucus and asked if everyone was clear on all <br />the issues. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-13, entitled; " An emergency resolution providing for the <br />creation of an "Infrastructure Improvement Fund" and authorizing the deposit of funds into such <br />account." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2000-13. <br />Council President Marquardt said we went over this at Caucus and asked if there were any <br />comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-37, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to grant to Cablevision of the Midwest, Inc. a franchise agreement for the period <br />often (IO) years for the purposes of providing cable television services of the Village of Mayfield." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ilapqua, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />
