Regular Council Meeting <br />10-16-00 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,875 to Squires, Sanders & <br />Dempsey for legal fees for note rollover <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$3,875 to Squires, Sanders & Dempsey for legal fees for note rollover. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• Authorization needed to have the Village Engineer prepare maps showing the Village's <br />entire storm and sanitary systems including manholes, pipe sizes and direction of flow - <br />work to be done on an hourly basis at an estimate of $10,000 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize the Village Engineer to prepare maps <br />showing the Village's entire storm and sanitary systems including manholes, pipe sizes and direction <br />of flow at an estimated cost of $10,000. <br />Mr. Brett asked if we will be able to get year of construction on the various infrastructure when this <br />is done. <br />Mr. Cappello said we could add that. <br />Mr. Brett said that would help us from a planning standpoint. <br />Dr. Parker asked if the amount requires any kind of bid or anything. <br />Mr. Diemert said no. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said this has nothing to do with a topo map. <br />Mr. Cappello said no; this is basically an inventory of the existing infrastructure of the storm and <br />sanitary systems in the Village. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said he understands the flood zone changes from time to time. <br />Mr. Cappello said there are different types of revisions. He explained them: a letter of map revision, <br />a letter of map amendment. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said this is not related with this and is something that can be handled by each <br />homeowner on an individual basis. <br />Mr. Cappello said yes. <br />
