It may go with the ballot issue explanation letter. <br />^ Right of First Refusal -Rentschler property - 764 S.O.M. Center Road <br />Council President Marquardt asked if this needed to be done by ordinance. <br />Mr. Diemert said a motion to exercise our option is all we need" to do. <br />Mr. Ilacqua, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to exercise the Village's option regarding the <br />Rentschler property, at 764 S.O.M. <br />Mr. Ilacqua said he has given this issue a great deal of thought and has spoken to Village officials <br />and Mr. DiMichele. He is confident Mr. DeMichele is not getting involved in this endeavor for real <br />estate speculation to turn and flip the property; he thinks his intentions are honorable. If he chose to <br />buy the property, he would be razing it. It is our pledge to protect the interests of the Village. That <br />property is certainly adjacent. He asked Mr. Diemert if Mr. DeMichele was offered money down the <br />
