First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-41, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village; Ohio for the period from January 1, 2000 and ending December 31, 2000 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
