Regular Council Minutes <br />4-26-04 <br />Page 24 <br />Mayor Rinker said make it clear that my understanding was the $25,000 was the contribution <br />from the Village of Gates Mills and we are only talking 17.5 acres which is their application and <br />that would be the only changes to the letter. <br />Council President Buckholtz said Donna, all that having been said, the letter should state we are <br />pledging $50,000 in support of the project for the Metroparks to acquire 17.5 acres of land and <br />we'll also mention the $25,000 contribution of Gates Mills' Village in that letter. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mrs. Mills reminded everyone of Arbor Day on Friday, April 30`h at 10 a.m. in the Community <br />Room. <br />Council President Buckholtz said on Thursday there is a meeting in this room at 7:00 about this <br />development by Jaylene in Mayfield Heights behind the Aintree people and they've taken it upon <br />themselves-it is not even the Homeowners Association; it is Mark Hodson [organizing it.] <br />Mr. Marrie said he is bringing the builder in. <br />Council President Buckholtz said the builder actually called me and I said I hope soine people <br />will be here from Council-so I will be here. <br />Mr. Saponaro said there is a Citizen's Advisory Meeting tomorrow. <br />Council President Buckholtz said our Information & Technology meeting will be Thursday at <br />7:30 p.m. [Community Room Conference Room.] <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m. ? <br />Respectfully subjnitted, ? f ? ? <br />TZ, COUNCIL PRESIDENT <br />RINKER, MAYOR <br />, <br />Lf <br /> <br /> <br />Donna J.
