Regular Council Minutes
5-17-04
Page 22 Mr. Marquardt said, and that property will go to Gates Mills Land Conservancy?

Council President Buckholtz said correct. Mr. Quintrell replied, Gates Mills Conservancy would be the title owner but we have a
conservation easement with Metroparks that says you'll keep it in its natural condition and it will
be treated as a park and they will maintain [it] if it has to be. Otherwise, it is kept in its natural
condition and that ties into the 17 acres that they are buying; this also ties into the entranceway
off Wilson Mills that is already there into the Metroparks.
