Regular Council Minutes 6-28-04 Page 23 NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Resolution No. 2004-14, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Police Chief to apply for D.A.R.E. Program funding." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-24. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Chief Dearden said this is just grant money that is available to us through the State of Ohio, Attorney General's Office. It will fund some of the cost that we incur for the DARE Officer Program that we have been participating in for many years at the Center School. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2004-15, entitled; "An emergency resolution granting a conditional use permit allowing medical offices in the entire building located at 6690 through 6700 Beta Drive, known as Mt. Vernon Square." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Diemert said we don't need a suspension; this is an administrative action. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to. adopt Resolution No. 2004-15. Mrs. Cinco said P&Z approved it. Dr. Parker asked how long is the Conditional Use Permit? I want it put on the record that the owners know-that they were made full aware they must come back every 2 years. Council President Buckholtz, Mr. Diemert and others said 2 years; they know it. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2004-16, entitled; "A Resolution of Appreciation to Stephen J. Hovancsek."
