Regular Council Minutes <br />6-28-04 <br />Page 23 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 2004-14, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and the <br />Police Chief to apply for D.A.R.E. Program funding." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-24. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Chief Dearden said this is just grant money that is available to us through the State of Ohio, <br />Attorney General's Office. It will fund some of the cost that we incur for the DARE Officer <br />Program that we have been participating in for many years at the Center School. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-15, entitled; "An emergency resolution granting a conditional use permit <br />allowing medical offices in the entire building located at 6690 through 6700 Beta Drive, known <br />as Mt. Vernon Square." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Diemert said we don't need a suspension; this is an administrative action. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to. adopt Resolution No. 2004-15. <br />Mrs. Cinco said P&Z approved it. <br />Dr. Parker asked how long is the Conditional Use Permit? I want it put on the record that the <br />owners know-that they were made full aware they must come back every 2 years. <br />Council President Buckholtz, Mr. Diemert and others said 2 years; they know it. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-16, entitled; "A Resolution of Appreciation to Stephen J.
