f

Regular Council Minutes
7-19-04
Page 7
Council President Buckholtz asked, are we looking for some acknowledgment from Council
here?
Mr. Marquardt said it was recommended by Planning & Zoning. I don't think that you had
everything in your packet to see what the changes are. There were 2 letters that constituted all
the changes that were recommended. [Council only had the July 141etter.]
Council President Buckholtz asked, why don't we get a comprehensive package of it sometime
in August; let's look at in September. This is either something you really want to do on the fiscal
year or whatever....
Mrs. Cinco said not necessarily.
Council President Buckholtz said I mean for the fall; we could pass it in September. As long as
we can read all the changes. When did we start the 2020 committee?
Mayor Rinker said I think it was the beginning of 2002.
Council President Buckholtz said it was quite an effort by all the people involved with that.
• Senior Snow Removal -Award of Contracts (recommendation of S&5 as follows:
KED Landscaping - 2 sections for $160.00 per drive
Summerbreeze Landscaping -1 section for $174.00 per drive
A&G Landscape Design - 5 Sections at $148.00 per drive
Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marne, made a motion to approve the award of contracts as stated
above.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
Contracts awarded for the 2004-OS snow removal season as follows:
• KED Landscaping - 2 sections for $160.00 per drive
• Summerbreeze Landscaping -1 section for $174.00 per drive
• A&G Landscape Design - 5 Sections at $148.00 per drive
• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $2,900 to Cleveland State
University for Tuition for the Leadership Academy Program for Deborah Garbo
from November 2004 to May 2005
Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of
$2,900 to Cleveland State University for Tuition for the Leadership Academy Program for
Deborah Garbo from November 2004 to May 2005.
