Center Road for Riparian Restoration at Upper 40 <br />Council President Buckholtz noted that the amount on the agenda read $94,00 but it should be <br />$94,000. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize a change order in the <br />amount of $94,000 to Moderalli Excavating for S.O.M. Center Road for Riparian Restoration at <br />Upper 40. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked, what constituted the change? <br />Mr. Brett said mostly for landscaping in and around the area. What we are trying to do is <br />maximize the grant. The amount of our funding for the project is pretty much set which is <br />$180,000 and what we add on is basically picked up by the State. What we've been trying to do <br />is legitimately expand the scope of this project to tie in with the ball diamonds projects and the <br /> <br />
