1 Regular Council Minutes 7-19-04 Page 9 S.O.M. widening project. So with the fill and excavation back and forth between S.O.M. Widening and the Upper 40 Phase One, which is the Moderalli project, we took the excavation from the Moderalli project and used as fill on the S.O.M. project. Plus, we took the some of the spoils from the removal of Wiley 2, transported them to our property just south of the pool and improved them per the contract. The improve spoils just happened to be located at the ball diamond sit. Mayor Rinker asked, how does everyone like the planting so far? Several people said great. Mr. Marrie said the stone work up by the pool looks absolutely great. Mayor Rinker said Mike Puzzuto and Scott Sipos [did the work.] We expect good things to continue. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as aWhole. Ordinance No. 2004-33 was given first reading. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-34, entitled; "An emergency ordinance enacted by the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereafter referred to as the COUNTY." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. [Not to exceed $25,000 for the Ridgebury Boulevard project. Work to happen in 2007.]
