Regular Council Minutes
8-16-04
Page 2
following the news, you are all well aware that a little while ago we had bestowed upon us a
rather nice honor from Cleveland Magazine which was to rate Mayfield Village as the number
one suburb in its readership area, which it's always nice to get good news. Mayor Rinker asked the Wetzel family to come forward
and accept our thanks on behalf of Mayfield Village and this wonderful plaque.
Everyone applauded.
Mr. Wetzel said it is easy to be good citizens in a good town and thanked the Village for the
plaque.
COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ
Council President Buckholtz said I have no comments at this time.
DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS:
Douglas Metzung (Service
Mr. Metzung said they have located more rabid raccoons in the area.
