Regular Council Minutes 9-27-04 Page 30 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-42, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Development Agreement with Skoda, Minotti Properties, LLC relative to 6685 Beta Drive." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004- 42. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion or questions. There were no comments. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-43, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Modification to the Agreement with Lake County as and for Stand-by and Emergency Water Service." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004- 43.
