Along with them was Chief
Mohr, Dr. Parker, Joanne Cinco, Bill Buckholtz and John Hunter. They made their presentation
to us to get us to where we want to go from where we at right now with our phones and our
computer system. The big problem as most of us see it, certainly I will say it is as I see it, is that
we need to get in a-and I will use the term "beginning system" if I may, that we can build on in
the future and to get this beginning system as soon as possible so our associates in City Hall
where they are now can move over to the Civic Center where they belong where they need the
space and certainly have to have that space. One of the questions in their presentation was that in
this system that they are proposing, we would have to put in a whole new phone system because
the phone system they would put in over there would not be able to link up with what we have
now in our other departments. So that is sort of a questionable thing. We are going to be meeting
with and I just received abid-not a bid so much but a description of a proposal from Ron Davis
of Tech Call. He was the gentleman who gave us the presentation once before, I believe on that
Saturday. One of his points that is strong would be to allow us to put in a phone system that
would allow us to put in with the existing phone system that we have within our Village right
now without disrupting everything and still allow us to do the wiring for both the phone systems
and the computers all at one time. I think it was discussed and everyone agreed that if we were
going to do the wiring, we are going to put it all in at one time rather than to put money in and
then have to tear up walls to do it. I think John Hunter; I am not sure if he was about to meet with
John Marrelli to walk the building to get a print or a floor plan. No matter who we talk to we
seem to come down to that we need a floor plan or a print of the building so we can make
