Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />1-20-09 <br />Page 17 <br />First Readinz of Ordinance No. 2009-03, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending <br />Section 131.05(c) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, establishing the <br />compensation of the Human Services Director for 2009 and repealing all ordinances inconsistent <br />therewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco made a motion.to enact Ordinance No. 2009-03 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Eunice Kalina as Human Services Director for <br />2009. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-04, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance creating <br />Codified Ordinance Chapter 1523 relating to the recovery of costs for emergency services <br />provided to non-residents." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />This Ordinance will be left on First Read. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-05, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending <br />Chapter 311 of the Village's Codified Ordinances to delete Section 311.04." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-06, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending <br />Chapter 745 of the Village's Codified Ordinances to amend Section 745.05(g)." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-07, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending <br />Chapter 733 of the Village's Codified Ordinances to delete Section 733.04." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Marquardt recommended that we go to the next reading on Ordinance Nos. 2009-05, 2009- <br />06 and 2009-07. One of these has a potential amendment to it. These are just clean-up things <br />anyhow.
