Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />1-20-09 <br />Page 18 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-08, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to enter into a billing services agreement with Life Force Management, Inc." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />This Ordinance will be left on First Read. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-01, entitled "An Emergency Resolution providing for the <br />employment of an engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-01. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Thomas Cappello. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-02, entitled "An Emergency Resolution re-establishing <br />terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. . <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motiQn to adopt Resolution No. 2009-02. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. He will be at the February caucus to be <br />administered the oath of office. <br />` OTHER 1VIATTERS : <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. <br /> <br /> <br />Dr. Parker asked Chief Mohr when he would anticipate having an agreement with Life <br />Force. Chief Mohr said we are ready to go right now. Dr. Parker asked if it makes sense just to <br />pass that one. Mayor Rinker said that is the billing company. Dr. Parker asked when you would <br />anticipate passing that agreement. Mayor Rinker recommended that for diplomacy sake we hold <br />off. From our standpoint, we are there, but candidly we have a little ways to go. Mr. Marquardt
