Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />4-20-09 <br />Page 15 <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER: <br />There were no comments <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ: <br />There were no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />SERVICE - Douglas Metzun? <br />Mr. Metzung stated that the only thing to report tonight is that we have basically completed the <br />lower level and the Building Department, having seen what fine work we've done has requested <br />to move to the lower level as opposed to Finance. They will be moving down. Finance will stay <br />where they are at. <br />BUILDING - John Marrelli <br />There was no report. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Cappello <br />There was no report. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Diane Calta <br />There was no report. <br />FIRE - Chief Mohr <br />Chief Mohr stated he has two items to report. We have a high school prom drill which is next <br />Wednesday, a week from this coming Wednesday. That will be the 30th . Also the CERT <br />emergency response team for the community training is underway. There are currently 15 people from Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights and Mayfield Village taking part of the pilot class. <br />That's going on right now. <br />FINANCE - Dave Miller <br />There was no report. <br />POLICE - Chief Dearden <br />There was no report.
