Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council January 30, 2006 Page 10 competitive and over 50 league. We will be offering our adult high school program as well as our youth programs. The Spring/Summer Brochure will be mailed out the first week of March. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that there has been no meeting. Mrs. Mills is looking forwaxd to serving as the Council liaison. Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported Architectural Review Board met last week. passed. There was one item which was approval of signage for the Village Food Mart. That was Board of Appeals - Mr. Marrelli indicated that there was no meeting, so there is no report. Cemetery - Mrs. Mills reported that the students from the Horticulture Center should be starting to work again. Mrs. Mills thanked Mr. Metzung's crew for doing some fence repair at the Cemetery. It is appreciated. It looks very nice. Citizen's Advisory Board - Mr. Saponaro reported that the next meeting is February 20th at 7:00 in Civic Hall. Commission on Agin? - Mrs. Mills read the report from Eunice Kalina, Human Services Director, attached. Drainage & Infrastructure/Stormwater Mgt. - Mrs. Cinco reported that there was no meeting, so there is nothing to report. Safetv and Service - Mrs. Cinco reported that Mrs. Mills handled the Safety and Service Committee for all of Council on Tuesday, January 17th . Most of the items were on the finance agenda for tonight and are recommended for approval. Finance Committee - Mr. Saponaro reported that the Committee discussed and recommended approval for 18 items, one Ordinance and two Resolutions. Action was deferred on Ordinance 2005-18. Historical Society - Mrs. Mills read the report, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes. M.A.R.C. - Dr. Paxker reported that there was no meeting in January. The next meeting is this Thursday evening, February 2°d at the Board of Education building. Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt reported that there was no meeting in January. There is one scheduled for the 14th of Februaxy. Planning and Zonin? - Mr. Marquardt reported that there was no meeting in January. There is a workshop scheduled for the 16t' of February.
