We are looking forward to that program. It will not cost the
Village any money and will work out well. Mayor Rinker added that this would aid those
converting from septic to sanitary. It should cover the lateral line from the house to the street.
Mr. Buckholtz added that this is a fabulous opportunity and program that is now being included
in the suburbs. There is no minimum income requirement. Everyone is eligible. It is something
handled through several banks. Literature will be available. You only need to be in decent
standing as far as your credit and equity in your house is concerned. You can get a loan of up to
$200,000.00. This is sponsored by Cuyahoga County and everyone will be eligible. We will get
word out a number of different ways to everyone.
POLICE - Chief Dearden
Chief Dearden received back from Mr. Diemert's office Ordinance 739, the solicitation
ordinance for the Village.
