These projects are <br />separate and it does not mean that we cannot change vendors. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if this company works as agreed as far as when they are coming in and their <br />time for completion. Mr. Marrelli indicated that they have been a great company to work with. <br />They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they are supposed to do. They <br />provide service at a drop of a hat. They get us estimates immediately. They have been a <br />pleasure to work with. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked if there is a comparison of the price per yard on this bid and the bid where <br />you did the evaluation. Mr. Marrelli indicated that there was. Mr. Maxquardt asked if it was <br />comparable. Mr. Marrelli indicated that it was within a dollar a yaxd. <br />F] <br />L <br />Mr. Buckholtz added that he thinks this is great, some of the things that are coming out, for <br />example, Mr. Saponaro's explanation of how Council meetings work or Dr. Parker raising these <br />issues so that it gives the residents an idea of how we do business. Sometimes we have to do a <br />hallway, or a little piece of the project to get the job done. This is what some of us have been <br />pushing for. This is what the Architect Selection Committee has been looking at.
