A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $16,500.00 to OneCleveland (now known as OneCommunity) for the one-time membership fee and lateral fiber construction of 767 Beta Drive also known as Beta Tech Park. Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,050.00 to RT Athco for player benches for the new softball field. Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Thomas about the pads. Some of them are tilted because of the grade of the slope. This means that on some of the benches you might be leaning backward if you are sitting there. Mr. Thomas asked if this was the cement pads. Mayor Rinker indicated the concrete pads. The benches are steel. Mr. Thomas indicated they would be secured into the cement. Mr. Metzung added that he will make sure they are level before and after they are secured into the cement. Mr. Buckholtz added that the canopies was discussed in finance.
