That project is now completed. Mr. Rhinehalt provided detail during the Finance meeting <br />and the Finance Committee fully understands it much better than before and supports it. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked if this could be done by other people. Mr. Rhinehalt indicated that <br />potentially it could be, although URS has the largest and most experienced staff in this type of work <br />and are most familiar with the plans. They also have a vested interest in the success of this since they <br />were involved in the design. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments or questions. There were none. We <br />will talk about this again in Caucus. <br />CONSIDERATION OF 1VIINUTES : <br />Reizular Council Meeting - February 27, 2006 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker stated that as we all know, last week was very tragic with the news we got <br />about Phil Brett's middle child Keely. Without belaboring it, we all reach out to the family at a <br />time like this. Everyone should have the information, but tomorrow at 4:00, there will be a <br />memorial service at Plymouth Church on Coventry in Shaker Heights south of Shaker <br />Boulevard between Shaker and Van Aken. We are very sorry. It is a devastating loss. <br />CONIlVIENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BILL BUCKHOLTZ <br />Council President Buckholtz had no comments at tlus time. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />SERVICE - Douglas Metzung <br />Mr.1Vletzung had nothing to report this evening.
