Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />June 12, 2006 <br />Page 8 <br />some problems with the nearby residents. The fence is going up on the north side of the <br />Historical House tomorrow. <br />' <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mrs. Cinco reported that everyone should have gotten in their <br />packages this past Friday information concerning a meeting this Saturday with all of the <br />candidates for various positions in the fa11 campaign. It is at 9:00 at La.nderhaven. <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker reported that there was not a June meeting. The next meeting is <br />scheduled for July 6th at 7:00 p.m. at Parkview Pool. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt reported that Ordinance Review will meet <br />tomorrow night at 5:00 p.m. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported that there was no meeting. There is no <br />workshop scheduled until July. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that there was a meeting on June 7th at the new fields. <br />Discussed were the parking lot and WiFi being connected. All are pleased with the results of <br />what has been going on. Mr. Marrie added that Bill and the Rec Board could use anyone's help <br />during the summer events. Any time you can volunteer, it will be appreciated. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: . <br />2020 Vision Committee - There was no report. <br />Information & Technologv - There was no report. <br />Wage Review Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that a meeting has been scheduled for <br />tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $21,900.00 to Burgess & Niple for <br />wetland monitoring for five years. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$21,900.00 to Burgess & Niple for wetland monitoring for five years.
