It has probably <br />been four years since we have last done this. It is a little overdue. Mr. Buckholtz asked if the <br />price is consistent. Mr. Metzung stated that the price is very good. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bid Accepted <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $15,800.00 to Manufacturer's <br />Direct Vinyl Products for a used towmotor. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the <br />amount of $15,800.00 to Manufacturer's Direct Vinyl Products for a used towmotor. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Metzung explained that this is a gentleman looking to get out of a purchase that he <br />made. The towmotor has 300 hours on it. Mr. Metzung looked at two others that had more hours <br />for more money. This was quite a steal. Even the other gentleman Mr. Metzung talked to for a <br />price quote said this was a very good deal and we should grab it. He can't compete. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if this was discussed at Safety and Service. Mrs. <br />Cinco said we did discuss it and so did Finance. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount not to exceed $2,841.60 to Anchor <br />Construction (Able Fence) for split rail fence to complete Aintree North Gateway. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the <br />amount not to exceed $2,841.60 to Anchor Construction (Able Fence) for split rail fence to <br />complete Aintree North Gateway. . <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />For anyone not familiar with this, Mr. Metzung reported when the new signage at North <br />Aintree was constructed, two pillars were also constructed. This is for some split rail fence that <br />will run between those pillars in one length up along the property line. This is all consistent with <br />the agreement we made with the property owner to allow us to do the work on her property at the <br />
