Regular Council Meeting 12/18/06 Page 4 There was nothing to report. HUMAN SERVICES -Eunice Kalina Ms. Kalina was absent, but Mrs. Mills read the report, a copy of which is attached. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: Activities Committee -Mrs. Mills reported that the Committee has been busy in December with the Tree Lighting, the Singing Angels and Menorah Lighting. The Winter Solstice is coming up this Friday. We have free hotdogs, chips and hot cocoa. It will take place from 6:00-8:00. The Committee is also starting to plan the Summer Concerts on the Green. Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported that Architectural Review Board met on December 14t .They had an addition on Bonnieview. That item was tabled. Beautification- Mr. Saponaro indicated that there was no meeting, so there is no report. Board of Appeals - Mr. Marrelli indicated that there was no meeting, so there is no report. Cemetery -Mrs. Mills reported that there was no meeting, so there is no report. Citizen's Advisory Board - Mr. Saponaro reported that there is no report. Commission on A~in~ -This will be removed from the agenda as the report is provided during Department Head reports. Drainage & Infrastructure/Stormwater Mgt. -Mrs. Cinco reported that there are seven projects for next year. They have been evaluated. We are planning on going over that list. Results of the evaluation will be provided in January. Work will commence in the Spring. Mayor Rinker indicated that a number of people asked him on the 9th what happened with the project pending in Kenwood. Everyone except one person signed on. Mrs. Mills indicated that she talked with Mr. Marrelli about that. She is not sure if he pursued it. Mr. Marrelli indicated that he has not been able to get in contact with that person. Mrs. Mills suggested he call there at night to get a hold of the son. Mr. Marrie asked which project this is. Mrs. Mills indicated the one on Sandalwood. Mayor Rinker stated that it sounded like a number of people had signed on except one person said no. Mrs. Mills said it was Tim Kenworthy. The perception in the neighborhood was that that killed the whole deal. Mayor Rinker had no details. It sounded like there was Swale problem. Mrs. Mills stated that this is the project between Sandalwood and Wilson Mills. Mr. Metzung verified that there was one person who killed the deal. They withdrew their request. Mayor Rinker said that it sounds like they did so because of the one individual. Mr. Metzung stated that was correct. Mayor Rinker asked if we have any ideas what we do now.
