Council President Buckholtz <br />mentioned that this is an interesting bill to say the least. It is having all kinds of ramifications in <br />terms of our schools. He has been hearing things and is hoping to meet with Dr. Price and have <br />some information for our next Caucus meeting in terms of certain programs that are being
