Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday; December 19; 2016 Page 3 - Council President Saponaro stated, we are going to take a 5. minute break.in the upper hall so we can congratulate these gentlemen on these accomplishments. Council took a break at 8:.10 p:m: Council reconvened at 8:22 pm. COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT JOSEPH SAPONARO Council Calendar for 2017 Council Committee Assignments for 2017 - Council President Saponaro stated, I want to thank everyone for giving back to me your requests in terms of Council Corrunittees: I appreciate everyone following up, on that. Did anyone have any questions or concerns regarding the calendar of Council and Committee meetings for next Ye~'~ . There were none. Council President Saponaro stated, okay, so we will ,finalize the calendar for 2017. DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: Diane Wolgamuth (Administration): I just wanted to mention, I am sure you all noticed that the Civic Center driveway sign and the. LED sign are now up. The LED is operational Council President Saponaro commented, it looks beautiful. Mr. Marne stated, the clarity is outstanding. Ms. Wolgamuth stated, Jeff and I will continue to come up with the programming. We are going to speak at the Department Head meeting tomorrow about some protocols so we can figure out what is appropriate to put on the sign and when. I just wanted to mention the Civic Center sign here at the driveway, the only remaining piece is it will be electrified. It will be backlit. That has not happened yet, but that's the only thing that is left. Mr. Jerome stated, that is what I was going to ask. Mr. Marne stated, nice job. Mr. Jerome stated, I have been letting Jeff know about the different things coming up. I was talking the other day about the different brightness at different hours of the day. I keep driving by and giving him reports.
