Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, January 19, 2016 <br />Page 10 <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any questions? There were none. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported, we will be meeting on February 9`h at 6:45. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Board of Appeals Mr. Marrelli stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Mills reported, Ed Hargate is the representative from Highland Heights and <br />Donna Finnie is the representative from Mayfield Heights for the Committee this year. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Committee - Mr. Williams reported, the first meeting of the new year will <br />be January 25t' at 7:00 p.m. in Civic Hall. <br />Drainage and Infrastructure Committee - Mr. Jerome reported, there was no meeting. There <br />is no report. <br />Safetv and Service - Mr. Marrie reported, we met two weeks ago prior to Caucus. All of the <br />items on the agenda were approved and passed on to Finance. They are on this evening's agenda <br />for consideration. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Saponaro reported, we met on January e as well as this evening. <br />We had 24 items on the agenda. 21 of them were approved. Three of them were deferred. We <br />will get into greater discussion as we go into the agenda items. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills reported, it is membership month. Anyone who would like to <br />join the Historical Society, it's $10 a person. Our annual quilt that will be raffled is on display at <br />the Lake Farmparks in Kirtland. If you have an inkling to go, maybe we will win a prize or two. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, in terms of inembership,. it's $20 a family, $25 for <br />contributing, businesses can donate $50 and also you can donate $40 and have a brick in memory <br />of someone or for a special occasion. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Jerome stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Mrs. Mills added, they are planning a meeting probably at the end of March. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt stated, there was no meeting. There is no <br />report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie stated, we are meeting tomorrow evening at 7:00. Two of the <br />items that will be discussed will be the evaluation of the Annual Children's Christmas Party and <br />pool and field rental fees. <br /> <br /> <br />
