Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 18, 2013 <br />Page 4 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, it's no chemicals? It's all natural ingredients? <br />Mr. McClennan replied, it's a feed grade organic program. <br />Council President Buckholtz sta.ted, that's an excellent move. <br />Mr. Metzung stated, it is in the agenda this evening. If there are any questions during that time, <br />Alec is here to answer them. <br />BUILDING - John Marrelli <br />Mr. Marrelli reported, completion of the Library is expected within the next two to four weeks. <br />There will be an announcement for a Grand Opening. All will be welcome. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Capuello <br />T'here was nothing to report. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Diane Calta <br />There was nothing to report. <br />FIRE - Acting Chief Shrefler <br />Acting Chief Shrefler reported, we are keeping things moving forward and will continue to do so <br />until a decision has been made for a new Fire Chief. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />Mr. Wynne reported, the auditors have completed their work for 2012. Their report has been <br />submitted to the State for final review. We expect to hear back from them hopefully within the <br />next several weeks. The paperwork is completed and the audit is done. <br />Mr. Delguyd asked, do we get a preliminary report on that? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, yes. Once the State gives it the okay, it will be distributed to Council for <br />their review. <br />Mr. Delguyd asked, there are no issues at this time? <br />Mr. Wynne replied; no. <br />POLICE - Chief Edelman <br />Chief Edelman reported, on the weekend of April 6-7, the Police Department will be hosting a <br />handgun safety and concealed carry class to help residents conform with State law should they
