Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 18, 2013 <br />Page 5 . <br />choose that they want to go that route. We are going to open this for residents initially. We are <br />talking about expanding it. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Sill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas asked if everyone received their Spring brochure in their mailbox. Also, from our <br />Senior Department, Mayfield Village residents can have their income taxes prepared by AARP. <br />A volunteer will be here on April 8t'. Call the Senior Department for information. The <br />Community Partnership on Aging's Lunch N Movie program that has been held here at the Civic <br />Center continues to be popular. The next program will be held on April 10l'. The movie will be <br />Argo. The next foot clinic is April 12''. Give.the Senior Department a call for information. <br />ARCHITECT - Ron Dinardo <br />There was nothing to report. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT - Ted Esborn <br />There was nothing to report. <br />ADMIIVISTRATION - Diane Wolgamuth <br />Ms. Wolgamuth mentioned, we do know the date of the Library Grand Opening. It has been <br />scheduled for Saturday, Apri120'' from 2:00-5:00 p.m. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be at <br />2:00 p.m. Formal invita#ions will be going out. <br />Mrs. Mills added, they aze also going to extend their hours on Sunday from 1:00-5:00 on the 21St <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that at the last meeting we discussed the Mother's <br />Day Pancake Breakfast on May 12t'. Everyone here has signed up to help. Memorial Day <br />Weekend is Sunday the 26t'. On Saturday at 9:00 a.m., if you have time you can meet at <br />Whitehaven Cemetery where they are going to place the flags on a11 of the graves. The next <br />meeting is scheduled for Apri12°d at 6:45 in this room. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Board of Anneals - Mr. Marrelli stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Cemetery - Mrs. Mills stated, there is no report. <br />Citizen's Advisory Board - Mr. Marrie reported, we met on the 25th. Tom Jorgensen made a <br />presentation. He is the CEO of the Cleveland Restoration Society. He gave us a full <br />presentation which we also received on the Heritage House Program which we are voting on <br />tonight.
