We have 6 projects on the agenda for <br />Thursday. <br />Mayor Rinker asked, does everyone agree that it took a while, but the total work is really a nice <br />fuushed project? <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Marrelli reported, there is a meeting tomonow. There was no meeting <br />two weeks ago. <br />Cemetery - Mrs. Mills reported, the 10 monuments we contracted with Legends Monument <br />Company to restore has been completed. I will meet with the other iwo gentlemen to get their <br />okay so Ron can cut him a check to pay for it. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mr. Marrie reported, there was no meeting. There is no report. The <br />next meeting will be in September. <br />Safetv and Service - Mr. Marrie reported that Safety and Service met on Monday, August 6t'. <br />There were two items covered which are also on tonight's agenda for Finance and Council, the <br />bid results on the Senior Snow Removal project and the sidewalk replacement on Highland. <br />Those are both on tonight. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Marrie reported, we had our meeting this evening. There were 13 <br />items, one Ordinance and one Resolution. All items were approved. There was one comment on <br />one of the items when we get to it on Ordinance 2012-26, but it was approved. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills reported, we are getting ready for the Ice Cream Social on <br />September 12 . Also, mazk your calendars, our Quilt Show is in October here in this room. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Delguyd reported that the next meeting is on September 8th. <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker reported, there was no meeting in August. The next meeting is scheduled <br />for Thursday, September 6t' at 7:00 p.m. at the Board office. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported that Planning and Zoning met on August 6th <br />. <br />There was one item on the agenda which is a redivision of the lots at the Parkledge <br />Development, which is really removing one condominium out of the batch and realigning the <br />lots. That was approved by Plannuig and Zoning. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, so it's a lot consolidation? <br />Mr. Marquardt replied, it's a rearrangement. Instead of building a unit with three condos in it, <br />they are only going to put two and then they want to rearrange the other lots to get a larger lot up <br />by SOM for the single family building.
