Again, I don't hold the Village responsible for any financial support in <br />this matter. I will be glad to buy a new tree and have it planted at my expense. <br />Mayor Rinker said from our standpoint we initiate these programs, obviously, to be salutary, to <br />be helpful, and this was an overeager "Edward Scissorhands." Doug will follow up with them <br />and this will be an object lesson for both sides. <br />Mr. Cronemeyer said thank you; he appreciates the time. <br />Second ReadinS of Ordinance No. 2003-18, entitled; "An ordinance revising the zone map of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio so as to amend the use classification of 6.6 acres of vacant land located <br />on the west side of S.O.M. Center Road immediately south of the Mt. Vernon Office Building <br />also known as permanent parcel nos. 831-13-002, 831-13-003, 831-13-006 and 831-13-008, <br />from its current classification of U-1 "Residential District" and "Office Laboratory" to "Planned <br />Residential Development." (First Reading May 19, 2003; Referred to P&Z) <br />Mr. Samac said there is an error on the parcel numbers that were just read and are a part of that <br />ordinance. Permanent Parce1831-13-002 should not be there. That is the property that Mt. <br />Vernon is sitting on. (Mr. Samac originally said 831-13-008 but Judge Krenzler was in the <br />audience and corrected him.) <br />Mayor Rinker said let's make sure the record is clear. <br />Mr. Samac looked at the map and confirmed that Permanent Parcel 831-13-002 is Mt. You can have the Public Hearing and 3rd reading on the same date if you <br />wish. <br />
