Second ReadinS of Ordinance No. 2003-18, entitled; "An ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio so as to amend the use classification of 6.6 acres of vacant land located on the west side of S.O.M. Center Road immediately south of the Mt. Vernon Office Building also known as permanent parcel nos. 831-13-002, 831-13-003, 831-13-006 and 831-13-008, from its current classification of U-1 "Residential District" and "Office Laboratory" to "Planned Residential Development." (First Reading May 19, 2003; Referred to P&Z) Mr. Samac said there is an error on the parcel numbers that were just read and are a part of that ordinance. Permanent Parce1831-13-002 should not be there. That is the property that Mt. Vernon is sitting on. (Mr. Samac originally said 831-13-008 but Judge Krenzler was in the audience and corrected him.) Mayor Rinker said let's make sure the record is clear. Mr. Samac looked at the map and confirmed that Permanent Parcel 831-13-002 is Mt. Vernon so that should not be reflected in the ordinance. Donna, now we need to set the date for public notices to go out and we need 30 days prior notice? Mrs. Roman said there has to be 30 days between the 2nd and 3rd [readings.] Ms. Calta said correct. You can have the Public Hearing and 3rd reading on the same date if you wish.
