Regular Council Minutes <br />6-16-03 <br />Page 13 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-23, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Ordinance 99-21 and adjusting the compensation therein." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-23. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments and <br />Council President Buckholtz said we've already discussed this at length. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-24, entitled; "An emergency ordinance approving a lot <br />split of property known as permanent parcel no. 831-13-005." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-24. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion then asked if this is the Falkner <br />property. <br />Mr. Brett said no, it is the Palermo property, then he apologized and corrected himself to say it is <br />a different permanent parcel--it is a split--it is the Falkner property. <br />Mr. Diemert said this is the Falkner property; I have the plat here if anyone wishes to take a look. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Brett to address them both in case there are questions. <br />Mr. Brett said the lot split we are putting forth works hand in hand with the Issue One grants that <br />we have applied for and have received. We will receive about $81,000 of purchase price this <br />year for lots 1 & 4 and lots 2 & 3 will be purchased next year and the following year. We will <br />
