Council President Buckholtz said so that's my recommendation-to pass it-either amending it or as is...let's leave it as is. So my recommendation is to pass it but considering the comments well thought out that this is not the end of the concept of connectivity and pedestrian pathways and trail systems throughout the Village. First Reading of Resolution No. 2003-06, entitled, "A resolution re-establishing terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Director of Law and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Resolution No. 2003-06 was given first reading. First Reading of Resolution No. 2003-07, entitled; "An emergency resolution establishing terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Village Engineer."
