Center Road, said Ordinance 2003-37, it says approve Change Order No.
One--what is the change?
Dr. Parker said originally it was going to be pavement, now it is going to be medians.
Mayor Rinker said it extends the landscape median which originally was going to stop somewhere
north of St. Bart's and extend it intermittently all the way down to Fisher's Tavern with curb cuts
and intersection openings.
Mr. Christian said I thought this was all taken care of a long time ago with all the residents present,
that none of the residents-and it was all done with S.O.M. Widening Committee meetings that the
median was going to stop at the Church.
Mayor Rinker said that is your recollection; it's inaccurate.
Mr. Christian said no; that's not my recollection. That's what was voted on by the S.O.M. Widening
Committee.
Mayor Rinker said we can talk about it afterwards but your recollection is inaccurate.
Mr. Christian said no it's not.
Mayor Rinker said sure it is because the S.O.M.
