If anyone is missing you can give a phone message and call everyone in the area. <br />If their phone numbers are unlisted, they can call us to get these calls. <br />Finance Committee -Mrs. Mills said the Finance Committee recommended approval of agenda <br />items 1, 2, 3, 4; recommended third readings of Ordinances 2003-32 and 2003-33 which have <br />been under discussion; placed on first reading is an ordinance pertaining to employment <br />provisions for the people in the Village; the next one is for first reading the ordinance pertaining <br />to wages and benefits and other terms and conditions for the employees of Mayfield Village; we <br />have a deferred action and discussion for Ordinance 2003-37 regarding the landscaped medians; <br />we have approval for an agreement with URS for the preparation of preliminary plans for the <br />trail development not to exceed $24,000; we have on first read resolutions establishing the terms <br />and conditions on compensations for the Prosecutor, Law Director, and Engineers. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Riter said there was no report. <br />Historical Society -Mrs. Mills said there is still time to visit the 200 dolls at the Historical House <br />Doll Show. We have had over 100 visitors during the 3 Sundays we have been open. November <br />12 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room will be interviews with veterans and pie night. The <br />Turkey Raffle will be held Saturday, November 15. Tickets are on sale through our members. <br />Some repair work is being made in the storeroom on the windowsills. The exterior painting of <br />,- the house has been completed along with the caulking of the windows. <br />~..~ <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Marrie said M.A.R.C met October 2. Ice hockey began September 7. We have <br />18 children in the program. This will be the last year of ice hockeyunder M.A.R.C. because <br />Gilmore will take it over as a Youth Program. He cited enrollment for the fall programs which he <br />said is strong. We now have Flag Football for 4th, Stn and 6~' graders and Floor Hockey for 6`h <br />and 7th graders. The MBA Program is strong and there were lots of registrations going on for it. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt said no meeting; no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt said P&Z had a Workshop on the 13th. They reviewed the <br />final site building plans from Mr. Carney's property at 845 S.O.M. There was a consideration of <br />a consolidation lot split at 6910 Wilson Mills and there was a small addition at A1terCare. None <br />of the items were voted on; it was a workshop meeting. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie said we met October 20. They are asking for volunteers on the <br />Halloween Party on October 25 from 1-2:30 p.m. If you can help, arrive at noon to help set up. <br />Discussion was held about having designated smoking areas at Parkview Pool. We're talking <br />about lowering the cost of the student district pool pass hoping to attract more students. With the <br />amount of days it is available versus what we are charging now, it gets to be fairly expensive for <br />the students. The Recreation Board is in agreement to allow Mayfield Village e~~pleyee~ <br />[businesses] to buy individual passes for the pool. That is not family; that is the individuals such <br />as what we did for Progressive. They would have to verify it through their employer. They would <br />also need a photo I.D. and a current pay stub when they do get their pass so it would be verified. <br />Again, it is not for families but we are going to offer it to the e~~eyees [businesses] in the <br />
