I thought we already did it and he is already doing it now. I don't <br />see a reason to give him a renewal if that is the word for it-for beer and wine carry out. I don't <br />think that's a problem. <br />Mr. Diemert said his original filing date is 10/25/88. <br />Mr. Marrie asked Lt. Edelman if he has had any problem with Shell as far as the beer and wine. <br />Lt. Edelman said not to his knowledge; none whatsoever. <br />Council President Buckholtz said why don't we just indicate that Council is restating or stating its <br />permission for the Shell Station to sell beer and wine under the designation. <br />Mr. Diemert said so we are just going to send the form in saying we do not request a hearing. <br />Everyone said correct. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to return the form concerning a liquor <br />permit at the Shell Station to the Ohio Department of Liquor with the designation that we do not <br />request a hearing. <br />~- <br />,.~ Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Mr. Diemert said since he [the owner, Mr. Gaertner] passed away, they might just be changing the <br />name on it so they had to call it new. <br />Council President Buckholtz said if there is anything different, you'll let us know. <br />Mr. Diemert said I will. <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $2,860 for repair of drainage at <br />6733 Metro Park Drive. <br />Mr. Riter, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$2,860 for repair of drainage at 6733 Metro Park Drive. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />
