Agresta Company to complete the rest of the Aintree area. 10-20-03 Regular Council Meeting Page 9 Mrs. Mills said that motion should also read not to exceed. Mr. Riter, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion change order to C.A. Agresta Company not to exceed $5,000 to complete the rest of the Aintree area. Dr. Parker said I thought I saw it read $185,100. Mr. Marrie said that was approved a long time ago. Mr. Metzurig said it was $185,100 and an additional $5,000. Mr. Marrie said he didn't want it to be short on the dollars. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments. There were none Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-35, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to amend Chapter 153 of the codified ordinances of Mayfield Village pertaining to Employment Provisions, repealing such other Ordinances as are inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Council President Buckholtz said this will be left on first reading. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-36, entitled; "An emergency ordinance pertaining to the Wages, Benefits, and other terms and conditions of Employment for Employees of Mayfield Village for the calendar years 2003-2005, repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Council President Buckholtz said this will be left on first reading. He expressed thanks to the Wage Review Committee for all their hard work--Dr. Parker, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills and Councilwoman Cinco and Mr. Brett. Mrs. Mills said at this time we would also like to make a formal request that his Wage Ordinance Committee continue on as an ad hoc committee so we can at the time of hospitalization negotiations, etc. continue on with our work. Council President Buckholtz said meetings to be scheduled appropriately as to what's going on.
